Just gettin some air with Alison at around 11 pm..

We were just walking around, we were supposed to meet up with Nacho and Fernando but they had to go home.. so we just sorta did a huge circle across the San Telmo bridge, to Plaza Nueva, down to calle Reyes Catolicos and then across the Triana bridge and back home.. but while we were on Reyes Catolicos, all of a sudden I hear this voice saying something in Spanish about asking us a question (una pregunta).

And we turn around and it's these two guys we just passed (but didn't make eye contact with), and they asked us where the closest Sevici station was so they could bike it to La Carboneria (a place with free Flamenco shows and such).. BUT we had legit JUST talked about wanting to go to La Carboneria, probably when we passed them, so we were like HMM FUNNY HOW WE WERE JUST TALKING ABOUT THAT. And they were like 'You guys aren't from here?' And we were like no.. we're American (which was obvious enough, at least the fact that we weren't from Sevilla, because we had just passed them speaking OBVIOUS ENGLISH)... so they were like OHH WE'RE NOT FROM HERE EITHER, WE'RE FROM ITALY! ERASMUS! And then they were like blahbalhab yea we wanna go to La Carboneria, have you ever been? And Alison and I were JUST talking about how we hadn't gone and how we wanted to.. so we said No, but we want to. And the of course they were like YOU SHOULD COME WITH US.

Okay, first of all - forward??? Second of all, it's a Sunday night, nearly midnight, in Sevilla. NOTHING IS OPEN ON SUNDAYS, ESPECIALLY PAST MIDNIGHT. So we had to say no a couple times ('I have class tomorrow' didn't work...But having to skype my PARENTS did hehe) until they backed off and crossed the street to the Sevici station.. they ended up passing us on the Triana bridge and heading to Calle Betis, which is not La Carboneria.

It was funny though, because once they found out we were americans, we all started speaking a really weird mix of Spanglish, and I don't even remember what was Spanish and what was English hehehe
