So we had a tasting of foods in Gastronomy class today..

AND I TRIED BLOOD SAUSAGE. AKA BLACK PUDDING. IT HAD CHUNKS OF LORD KNOWS WHAT IN IT. 

What is Blood Sausage you ask? Well, let's ask Wikipedia!

Black puddingblood pudding or blood sausage is a type of sausage made by cooking blood or dried blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled.

THEY USED THE WORD CONGEAL. THAT'S NOT OKAY. I ATE CONGEALED BLOOD. Just a nibble. And no, I didn't like it. ACTUALLY if it weren't for how it looked and it's disgusting texture I might've... but oh god.. oh god oh god.. We tried other things too, different types of sausages and jamon and such.. that stuff wasn't that bad, it was pretty good. BUT MY TOLERANCE STOPS AT BLOOD SAUSAGE

No silly, it's not poop! It's what I ate this morning!
YES, YES! THE FIRST TIME AROUND.
