Omg. Lol lol lol lol lol lol.
I come home from having some Tinto AT THE LIL RESTAURANT on the Triana Bridge (que bonita) with some girls from the program, and I reeeally have to hacer un pipi. I put my key in the lock, and it won't budge, which has NEVER happened because my key works really well. At first I was like THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR TRYING TO OPEN A LIME WITH A KEY. It's ruined everything! Oh no.
So at first I thought I got off on the wrong floor. I go back to check, and it says 4o Planta, which is right.. So I go back and try my key again. Still nothing. I don't hear anyone inside, but I ring the doorbell anyway. THAT'S WHEN THE FRANTIC SHUFFLING BEGINS. I hear Fernando call out 'Yo voy!' or something to that effect, and I hear the door unlock. It must have been deadbolted. My key finally works, but when I open the door, I can't see anyone anywhere. I thought for a second it was just my imagination, and no one was home (but actually, that was creepy).
The boys' room is shut, but then I hear Fernando talking to someone, and I hear a girl respond (turns out it was the girl I met one of the first days, I think it's his novia). That's when I realize what I had just interrupted. Fernando came out of his room to find a movie to watch on TV. I said to him (in Spanish) - I'm sorry, I don't know why the key didn't work! He looked at me and seemed somewhat flustered, and very unconvincingly said 'No sé'.
I gave him a KNOWING SMILE and have been in my room since. Now they are out in the open watching some show. They don't seem too bothered. SORRY IF I RUINED YOUR LUCKY NIGHT LIL BRO.
