We had Arroz Al Horno, which she told me was a dish from Valencia (she is una valenciana). It was funny because when I walked into the dining room I saw four shirtless 15/16 year olds playing some shooting videogame (I have no idea the names of any of those games) and I think it was the SAME GAME the boys play at Eric's house when we go over lololol. I couldn't understand what they were saying but I definitely heard the word 'puta' and also the word 'hostia'. QUE BOCAS! Teresa either couldn't hear them or decided to just PERMITE QUE CHICOS SON CHICOS jajajaja.
They have this pretty hand-fan (abanico) hanging on the wall, and I asked her about it. I couldn't understand the whole story but it had something to do with when her mother got married.. Her mom was very practical and when one of the guests asked what she wanted for her wedding she said 'shoes' .... She got this beautiful fan instead? Heh or something like that. But Teresa said it's over 100 years old. I'm glad I got her to talk about something with me because I thought she didn't like me too much because I can't eat as much as she gives me. So that was nice!
I think it's siesta time para miiii. It's actually not that hot outside, I'm not sure why. But I'm a little tired, so maybe I'll down for a bit. Or learn my choir song some more ;P
Hasta hastaaa!
